    Hello all,

    When you put your website address in your email does it count anywhere from SEO point of view? I know that email marketing is another means of getting customers but does it have any SEO value as well?

    For seo point of view many places link not count as email link, social networking link, most of blogs which have no fallow blog commenting.

    there is something. people say that if you put your url in the mail and view it from another mail then there is a great chance to be crawled by Google. Cause Google regularly crawl the mails so your URl can also be indexed :)

    Well, some bots can certainly visit your gmail, as you'll notice the ads displayed alongside your messages are targeted to the email content. But I'm not sure if they are also doing anything with links within the emails.
