    I have a few blogs with Adsense adds on them. I am getting "AdChoices" arrow/icon on my adverts. Not too sure what are they and will it affect my earning ?

    This is just a changing from Adsense. They are replace "ads by google" by "adchoices"

    don't understand. Google has removed their ads and placed the ad choice icon? how it is possible? can someone plz describe the matter?

    Don't worry, nothing much has changed, just the word "ads by google" is replaced by "adchoices" within their ad block.
    eg.. If you click on link in my signature you will be redirected to my blog where you find few Adsense ad blocks with adchoices icon on ads.

    Yes there is nothing to worry about. They have replaced Ads by Google to AdChoices recently. It is not going to affect you in any way.

    Google Adsense will be placing AdChoices icon on all sites using it. It will have no impact on your earning.

    Adchoices Icon is Placed by Adsense itself for feedback. You really cant do anything about it.
