    Depends what you want your web design to have included. You can definitely create a web design with just three months experience.

    FYI there are teenagers that make websites from what they learn in school. It isn't complicated to make a basic website (HTML). 90% of websites today however are not just simple HTML sites, but have back end programming, SEO, CSS styling and effects, statistic, and other functionality. If you want to make a very basic site, yes you should be able to do so. If you are looking to make an effective site, you should work with a professional.

    Creating a website in html doesn't need you to invest 3 months of time in course.
    It can be done in few days.
    Go through http://w3schools.com to learn these with ease.
    To make some good looking and great websites, you need to learn html and css throughly.
    learning a backend technology along with a database is always an advantage to create stunning web applications.

    I think u can, but you need lots of practice and your master should also be an experienced person. You can also consider w3schools.com to improve your web design skills.

    I think you can, but taking a course doesn't make you a good designer. You'll need a lot of practice aside before you could make a really good website

    Creating a good website is not just 3 months of learning...its month of practice as well. Its not just about HTML or CSS. You need to understand colour, picture formats and screen resolutions as well.

    You could, but it might look like crap.

    You might be able to create a better website in 20 minutes though, as opposed to 3 months.

    What you do is search 'free templates', download and install. Bob's your uncle.

    If you want to be a serious designer I think you might need a little more that 3 months, and some natural creative talent.
