    It all depends on your content. You can do less of the work by creating stuff that people would be interested in digging instead of trying to get them too. Then leverage that traffic to your other offers :)

    If its only for backlink you can submit a few links (try not to submit too many links in a day) but if you want to make your submission popular try submitting only cool, unique and viral articles.
    Follow diggers with same interests to get followed back but make sure to do it in a limit otherwise you will get banned.

    Your content should be attractive which is more important. Content should be in a unique and your blog post must be legal rather than other illegal stuff.

    yes is correct that perhaps 2 link can be post per day. you can promote link by digg from your friends.we can increase your friends list by add in your digg account & also by manually to say that they follow you.

    Digg is not strict but we should follow the Digg ethics. So far i have seen there is no limit you can submit but it should be spam free.
