Selling Premium Football-Related Domains Available!

    liverpoolfootballforum.com
    liverpoolfootballforum.net
    liverpoolfootballforum.org

All registered with GoDaddy so free push after purchase.

Very, very good domain names and if sold to the right person could fetch a couple thousand dollars, however I don't have the contacts to find these kinds of people so I am selling at a lower price. ALL THREE DOMAINS NOTED ABOVE ARE INCLUDING IN THIS SALE!

Would be useful for a forum about Liverpool Football Club. Open to negotiation on the price but expecting something decent. Payment via PayPal.

    Thanks all,
    Grumpy/Biggy Bop

Not premium domains. Overly priced domains you got there, good luck selling them....

They are premium domains if you can get them in the eyes of the right kind of buyer. Someone looking to setup a forum around the club would buy these for a bomb I reckon, but I'm selling them cheaply, $40 starting bid for all three, can't moan at that. :p

Well, I guess with that argumentation, I could also sell "smallhairymenlookingforhotblondwomen.com" - Premium domain - If someone are looking for just that.

A premium domain is a short (1 or 2 worded) generic domain, with some sort of relevance or value to it - i.e. high number of searches for those specific keyword. The price for a premium domain is determined by the generic nature of the domain, the age, pr and prior history. But you're right, $40 for all three is not a bad deal :) But selling them for "thousands" as you claimed in your thread, is just, come on... :)

Anyway, hope you get them sold! ;)

You just contradicted yourself right there.... "high number of searches for those specific keyword". "Liverpool football forum" gets millions of searches per month, I can guarantee you that right now. To the right buyer, these can indeed be sold for thousands because of the fantastic SEO ability that comes with them... For an LFC forum, you can't get any better than "liverpoolfootballforum.com". :p

According to the Google Adwords keyword tool Liverpool football forum gets 390 searches/month- not exactly millions. Don't guarantee something that isn't true ;)

Lol then that is wrong. Such a big club would get a minimum of 1000000 searches per month. Don't use the tool myself but that is stupid. I know from an official blog post made on the LFC website that "liverpool forum" gets just under 2mil searches per month, so "liverpool football forum" is bound to get around the same amount. ;)

There are 140 EXACT searches for Liverpool Football Forum every month, according to Google. This means, that 140 people (or the same guy, 140 times) are searching for EXACTLY that - each month. You are correct - A lot more people are searching for Liverpool, Liverpool football, Liverpool FC, liverpool football club - But - That's not the domains you have :) And unless there's some history to back up the importance of liverpoolfootballforum.com regarding the search term "liverpool football" - well, then it's going to be hard ranking for that name.

Not dissing your auction here, just wanted to get facts straight - We all learn from time to time :)

    Are you going to;

    A) Continue to trash my sales thread.
    B) Place a bid.
    C) Get out now.

What you're saying is partially true but the value of this domain is beyond SEO etc... It's about actually what you can do with it and how obvious it is, as a domain.

You're absolutely right, I am sorry. Will not disturb your thread further. I was just pointing out the value based on obvious SEO factors - The domain might have more value in the brand/name aspect for an interested buyer. Best of luck!

It is premium because of the marketability of the domain name in question.... Something really big could be made off of it. :)

Never buy anything from Biggy Bop!

I paid him for 75k views, got NONE, and all he did was forcing me to close the dispute or he will ban me!

    some logs of this ^&$%&:

tommyisgrumpy: I delivered 5,000+ views to that video.

me: so why there is no reflection on the counter?

do you think i would pay for views that do not work?

tommyisgrumpy: That's your problem, not mine.

    Just for the record...

The man who actually coined the term "premium domain", Mike Mann, defines a premium domain as any domain that sells for more than the registration price. Hence, if a domain registered for $10 sells for $15, it is a "premium domain". Has nothing to do with any other criteria. But Mann emphasizes that if a domain has never changed hands for a higher price at least once, it cannot be defined as a "premium domain". In other words, a domain cannot be projected as being "premium". It must be sold for a higher price FIRST.

Just adding to the discussion about premium domains. Nothing for or against the OP or anyone else. Cheers.

Interesting interview with Mike Mann. Check it out.
