I haven't advertised premium membership, If you added waiting time, plus some other features and added some ads, it would bring in some money. Right now I have the site set up for fast downloads and no waiting. and costs are 40$ Per Month.

There is no insult, you should be glad that someone was even ready to offer you that much. The script has flaws, the template is unorganized, a mess, and completely unprofessional. You have a very unbelievable rate where you claim 300 people download 200,000. and with a low user base of 100 that shows no proof they are active, it is unreasonable for your price.

 

Just uploaded a test file to the site and got this error when trying to download it:
