    Hi all DP members.

I report this guy to MOD but no reply untill now so I post this thread to notice that a scammer on this box.

    He is: hokabura

Before MOD ban this guy, people be careful, he buy domain (site) and send money but the money he send is not valid, paypal will held your account.

After me, there are 3 members to be victim of this guy after 2 weeks, fuck him.
@all victims of this guy: We can make a report to paypal to resolve our money.

I filed a complaint with GoDaddy of fraud and they are changing my domain back to me. Also, I intend to fight with PayPal until this is resolved. Who was the "name" of the guy who paid you through PayPal? Mine was Jay Kim.

If the person is able to use illegal balance , there must be a hole in paypal system. Which means paypal responsible for that money. If the transfer was made and the amount shows on your account, Paypal owes you with that money and they should claim that money from the scam guy.

But, all i know about paypal, they normally support scammers more. Bustards they are.

    Paypal said: They protect buyer
But they do not tell why they do not protect seller?
If I sell a product as script, tool..I can block the license, But I sell domain, it's difficult to get my domain back...
So, paypal is supporting scammer, if I want to scam anyone, it's so easy. I buy domain (site), I send money then I contact to paypal and tell they I do not agree send this money, please get it back.
    Fuck PP, too

I have been scammed 3 times each time i opened a case in pp resolution center i lost and never get my money back. Even when i proved that the person had no legal right to sell that product. They protect buyers they say? :)
They dont want refund as they loose the transaction fee.

If straight path won't work..Don't be so honest to GOdaddy, :)
tell them your account hack/sent to wrong email/etc..giving them proof that you buy the domain (sales receipt)

Unfortunately, PayPal protection doesn't work for intangible assets :( I tryed to get a refund for the site which was sold to me by this guy http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=263260 with completely fake earnings proof, and lost the claim :(

This is too costly for sites under $500 :(
