    Why is your Gmail account disable? You should the email then if that is the case.

    First ask gmail to enable your account, then change your twitter password. If not create a new twitter account with different email

    you can change your email if you login to the account, but if you don't know the pass then you would have to contact twitter

    You need to activate your gmail a/c. You can change your gmail password by clicking on forget password and you change the password of your twitter a/c.

    If you lose twitter account password and email password, perhaps it's no use to contact twitter support. They will ask your twitter usename and email, then send the account's password to your email, you login your email to get it. So if you also lose the email password, your twitter account may be leave away...
