    @ghacks: Look from my perspective: I need money to invest in my biggest project ever, very profitable for me. With the revenue from this month which I will receive it at the end of June and with other 3 months revenue I intended to receive with this sale I will have about 4 months revenue in my hand at this time which I can invest it in this project. So, I think its a good deal for me and a very good deal for my buyer. So its a win-win situation :)

    Yes, I created account and didn't use it for long time. Now, I come back and looking to buy sites. What is wrong with that? Btw, Any one can make fake screenshots. Any one can host local webserver and create local google adsense pages with the big numbers in there and show it to potential buyers.

    That trick should not work anymore.

    Be careful!!! Iorgus sold me hitechpedia.com and only transferred the content, he has not given me the domain and I paid him a month ago and he doesn't reply - seems like he may be a ripoff artist
