Has Anyone Successfully Registered in Adcenter that is NOT from US?

I've wondering if anyone successfully registered with Adcenter not from US. I'm from Philippines.

 

I did it from india. Right Now I am looking for working vcc

I used my own debit card. Right now I am looking for perfect working vccs. Indian vccs are not working for adcenter. I have plenty of $50 (£30) adcenter vouchers.

I've actually registered last week but I used my international citibank credit card. I've used a US address. But now after contacting the support team because I cannot log in. I received an email they cannot verify the billing address. Well I'm in the Philippines. Someone suggested to me that to tell them that I'm from Philippines. I already have $200 from voucher in my account. Do you think it's wise to tell them that I'm from Philippines calling them? Thanks for the reply.

 

I did it.... am from India... I signed up using a real credit card... if you have any problem after sign up then contact their live chat team... they will assist you...

 

I think they acceept advertisers from any country. It is just that the billing details need to correct and valid.

Thanks. I've talked to the chat representative. They will get back at me after 3-5 business days. I found out also when you don't have a valid US address, they won't allow you to use paypal but she mentioned I can still use my credit card. Hopefully everything will turn out well as I told her I'm from Philippines and I want to register my Philippine address.
