    Perhaps the lack of posts here is due to the fact that Twitter is more straightforward to use than Facebook, Blogger, Wordpress, etc which may require more coding. Twitter is still important as a marketing tool; word of mouth is still one of the best ways to market your company.

    Yeah Twitter is actually really powerful, I use Twitter everyday for marketing purposes and it has not let me down..

    I don't think so. Facebook is much better than twitter. Actually limitation of characters (140 ch) on Twitter is the main problem.

    i think it depends on the followers you have...even if you have 32423234 followers but they are not targeted to your interests it will be pointless.

    It all depends on the quality of followers. I have an account with over 5500+ followers but a link tweeted hardly gets a click. Whereas on my personal account with around a 100 followers I get around 25 to 30 clicks.
