    I am from India and I face a difficulty to send and receive money within india. Please help me out with better solution to this :)

    Using paypal you can't send / receive money within India.
    The best way to do that is using NEFT services provided by all the leading banks in india.

    Or use your credit card - PayPal combination to transact within India.

    Q.1. What is NEFT?

    Ans: National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) is a nation-wide system that facilitates individuals, firms and corporates to electronically transfer funds from any bank branch to any individual, firm or corporate having an account with any other bank branch in the country.

    Q.2. Are all bank branches in the country part of the NEFT funds transfer network?

    Ans: For being part of the NEFT funds transfer network, a bank branch has to be NEFT-enabled. As at end-January 2011, 74,680 branches / offices of 101 banks in the country (out of around 82,400 bank branches) are NEFT-enabled. Steps are being taken to further widen the coverage both in terms of banks and branches / offices.

    Q.3. How can one know which bank branches are part of the NEFT network?

    Ans: The list of bank branches participating in the NEFT system is available on the website of Reserve Bank of India at http://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/neft.aspx. Details will also be available with the banks / branches participating in the NEFT system.

    Q.4. Who can transfer funds using NEFT?

    Ans: Individuals, firms or corporates maintaining accounts with a bank branch can transfer funds using NEFT. Even such individuals, firms or corporates who do not have a bank account (walk-in customers) can also deposit cash at the NEFT-enabled branch with instructions to transfer funds using NEFT. A separate Transaction Code (No. 50) has been allotted in the NEFT system to facilitate walk-in customers to deposit cash and transfer funds to a beneficiary. Such customers have to furnish full details including complete address, telephone number, etc. NEFT, thus, facilitates originators or remitters to initiate funds transfer transactions even without the need for having a bank account.

    Its not possible. You can't send paypal balance to anyone in the world from your indian paypal account. You can only withdraw that funds.

    Yes, I agree with DON. If you want to send funds then funding source will be your credit card NOT paypal balance.

    Paypal has blocked sending and receiving money from indian accounts. It does not work with credit card or paypal balance.

    To verify your credit card or bank account paypal actually issues a small charge to credit card and name has to match card exactly and they leave a code on transaction that they ask you to enter. For bank account they deposit an amount into account and ask you verify the amount deposited.

    I think you better create a new account in alertpay and get verified
    Then create an account in neobux and invest all your paypal money to neobux and request for payout via alertpay .I think alertpay is best payment processor for india.You will get check to the address mentioned in your alertpay account.
    Bottomline:Neobux is instant and has payment processors paypal and alertpay

    could any one please resolve my question. Well my brother has a PAN card and he is unemployed as of now. Paypal is asking for PAN card for me to withdraw. So will there be any issue if I give my bro's Pan there and withdraw ?

    There won't be any problems. Make sure the PAN on Paypal and bank account are both same.

    You need a credit card. You can send money via PayPal only with the card that you added with your PayPal.

    Are you sure?
    It left me in confusion. I believe it is possible to send money to people out of India.
    However, I'm aware of the $500 withdrawal limit.

    I use a paypal India verified account and I still receive money from non IN paypal accounts with no problem.
