    PR will that depand on when google updates, if you want to get high PR for your site for example PR5 than you have get backlinks from PR6/7 with low obl.

    From my view, to get High PR fast and easy, you need get back links from the niche related sites with high PR. Keep your all content in your site rich and free of plagiarism. It must be useful to visitors who landing in your page finally and make them to share with their friends.
    That's the way i can to get high pr as well as to drive traffic. Thanks.

    I have a niche blog about health for 2 years, with the name of my blog and posted articles that fit with the blog category.

    Then I go to registering my blog on some methods to improve such backlink blog directory, technorati, social media networks, optimization google webmaster on our account, registering on websites that offer free backlinks.

    after 2 years, my blog have increased the number of visitors and its pagerank from 2 and up to 3 and finally now survive on pagerank 4. Just use the methods.
