Can I sue for this?

    I'm just wondering if I have a case ..

I use a cellphone and when it gets poor reception and the call drops it makes a very loud high-pitched sudden beeping sound.

I'm wondering if I should try to sue for hearing damage. I estimate this sound must be 80+ db and if repeated enough times could cause hearig imparment.

Yes if it is indeed loud enough to cause damage, which it sounds like it is. What phone is it btw?

You have no case. You indicated that it would cause damage with "repeated" use. So, at this point you are aware of the potential problems and you are choosing to use the phone knowing the danger and problem. Why should anyone be responsible for your using a phone you admit knowing is harmful? Your continued use, after acknowledging the defect, is your problem.

Do you maybe have a defective phone, yes. Do you have a case, no.

What are your damages? I suspect, only the cost of a repacement phone.

Get over it and move on.

    Here is a better idea...
Go to walmart or some other huge chain store and take a water bottle out of pack and through some water on the floor and then slip on it and then bang your head on the floor until you see blood. You might get about 80 90 million for that but watch out of hidden cameras.

Reason to sue should be NO WET FLOOR sign :D:D:D:D

do you even have a lawyer?

Jackie Chiles is available from what I hear.

BUT, and I cannot stress this enough - be sure to spill piping coffee on your "Johnson" the next time you get the high pitch - that way you can double down

If it's for the sake of money, don't do it; it's dishonest.
