Hello, I want to know, what is web site flipping? In domain flipping, many peoples are said that, you can purchase a domain at only $7 to $9 and sell it in the Market at $500 to $700..How is it possible? What is the procedure for that? I f any person have a e book, then also let me know..Is there any difference between domain and web site flipping? Let me know your views asap! Thanks Dilon
Same concept. Whether it's a website or domain name, the goal is to buy low and sell high shortly after. You either need to buy the site at a discount, or buy it and fix it up somehow, then sell it for more than you paid for it. You can get a site at a discount either by making a private deal or purchasing a gem on a smaller, lesser known forum. Then you could flip it immediately at Flippa since there are more buyers. It's tricky when you have to fix it up. Generally when you analyze a site for sale, it needs to have a glaring mistake that you can correct easily and get the money rolling in, or you won't be able to "flip" it. It can be a great business, but it's not as easy as it used to be. There's at least one big ebook about it but I don't remember the name right now.
I wrote a post about it: http://www.fbiraidplz.com/2011/05/24/an-introduction-to-site-flipping/ Domain flipping is buying/selling domains. Website flipping is buying/selling websites.
Flipping websites is like flipping a house. You buy a crappy house, put in some new paint, flooring, utilities, etc and then try and sell it at a markup for profit. Pretty much what flipping websites is like.
Website flipping is buying it at a low price and selling it on for profit once some work has been done on it. A lot of people include the building of a website and selling it on as "flipping" although technically this is slightly different.
Flipping is a great way to earn money. You simply find a website or domain at a lower cost then the value of the object and resell it for more profit. Rinse And Repeat... You can flip anything you want as long as you are getting it cheaper then what you are selling it for.
Flipping website's works basically like domain flipping, only with complete websites. The best way to check which type of sites are in demand is to go on Flippa.com and run a search of completed listings. This way, you can check which type of sites sell well and copy the formula by building a similar site... One of the hottest type of sites right now are ready-made product pages with a unique product to go with it. These sites can go for 200$+ with little or no traffic if you sell them the right way. You can outsource product creation and copywriting, turn around, and sell the same site for three times its value on Flippa... Listing a website on Flippa costs only 20$, which is pretty afordable... Site flipping is a great business when you know what you're doing...
Basically as these guys mentioned above. Flippa.com is definitely the main place hosting flipping. Another neat thing is you can already buy sites that are monetized! But expect to pay quite a bit for those.. lol.
Website flipping is the process of buying a website at one price and selling it at potentially a much higher price. It is similar to house flipping in real estate except you are flipping virtual property. Domain flipping is similar in concept except that you buy a domain name at a low price and sell for potentially much more. Both can be quite lucrative if you understand the process involved. In website flipping you are flipping a domain with content and usually that content is getting traffic particularly from the search engines. I hope this helps.
website flipping is the same concept with domain flipping . you must optimize your site if you want to get more profit . but if you want fast cash just turnkey site .
So many things have been lumped into the topic of “website flipping†that actually don’t belong there. Much of it has polluted the marketplaces, and that is largely due to the amount of guru products on the subject leading people astray. What is website flipping, you ask, well – first and foremost it is a business. It’s imperative you have that mindset if you want to achieve any level of success flipping websites. The Steps involved in Website Flipping: Buying - You must find a suitable website to buy. Enhancement - You must add value to the site. Selling - You must now sell the website.
Flipping word originated from Real Estate Industry, flipping in original term means buy a thing, renovate of give a new look and sell it at higher price.
hello dear, Flipping virtual real estate (websites and domains) is very much like that. During the “boom†years, website flipping was so hot, things got a little silly. But now, everyone is very conscious of the economic downturns, so if you are expecting to breeze in, throw a bit of paint on the walls, and sell your modest one-bedroom fixer-upper for mansion prices, web site flipping may come to disappoint you. n u can more watch and know from there websiteflippingadvice.com
Website flipping is the process of buying a website, doing it up, then selling it on again for a profit. Online marketplaces like webchalkboard.com are great places to pick up a bargain and work your website magic on it to improve it's value.
Based on your question I think you should start small. Build or buy a little site. Don't throw much money around. Learn what it takes to monetize a site. Then maybe start thinking about flipping. One thing at a time.
