I read somewhere that if your site doesn't have privacy policy page, google will not approve your adsense account. Is this true?

Yes, you have to have a privacy policy page and have to keep it for as long as you have adsense on your site.

It doesn't hurt to have a privacy policy, if you use Wordpress, there is a plugin that creates the page for you!

You've been lucky. You should add it, no privacy policy is one of many reasons why people get their accounts banned.

In fact, I didn't heard or read about that terms and conditions in Adsense before. I still wonder where blogger and wordpress put that in my blog site.
