infolinks is horrible... very bad earning

adversal and mediashakers is best bet for proxies right now

Adbrite and Adversal worked pretty good for me. Since adbrite stopped accepting proxies I would try mediashakers, chitika or kontera.

will do, right now I'm running glype comparisons to see if my script is a worthy opponent and to find bottlenecks. Doesn't need much more work before release though, just making it install friendly, adding some documentation, and setting up the website.

One thing that I would like to do first is to centralize that logic so that we can implement the proxy support very closely with the web request functionality so that we have the code in the same place.

I have applied to mediashakers a couple of days ago, yet no answer ...
Adversal wouldn't work because I have less than 50% US traffic ...
and Chikita sucks in my opinion

Haven't checked my traffic stats, but I have noticed a significant decrease in revenue. My proxies normally make roughly $10-$20 a day, yesterday for example they only made $0.71c

That's a pity. Adversal is a cash king.

Same here. The only thing I hate about the summer... haha!

Did anyone participate in this contest?

Has anyone heard anything from the owner yet?

    Thank you.

For anyone that’s interested, I’ve made some improvements to my proxy listing site http://www.proxylister.org

Some larger speed improvements, so it should load pretty quickly and be responsive to browse around with a few more minor speed improvements to come.

I have implemented a new feature, which categorises all listed proxies by their country and can be found here Proxies by Country | Proxy Lister Additionally, US proxies can also be found categorised by state here US Proxies by State | Proxy Lister

    Future updates to come:

    1) Minor speed improvements and a little more caching of some things.

    2) SEO improvements.

    3) A page listing just the SSL proxies.

    4) More pages (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5) on the new proxies and popular proxies pages so that the you can browse through the first 100 in that particular list.

    5) More statistics on the popular proxies page which allows viewing the total hits to each proxy yesterday, the past 7 days and the past 30 days as well as all time. The default when visiting the page will probably be the past 7 days.

As always, I’m open to suggestions for improvement and features. Please keep submitting your proxies (still without a backlink requirement yet). It will probably stay without a backlink requirement until September!

My proxy list Proxy Central had a DB issue, and I noted proxy owners stopped submitting.

Sorry for any inconvenience. The issue has been fixed.

Have you contacted the owner like it says on the topsubmitter page (in red)?
I tried to participate myself but I got the "A piece of code was found..." error message so I'm guessing it didn't like the 'no javascript' redirect code.

The only contact information I have is assuming the owner is "geekos" since he posted the contest information. I sent a PM to him on DP Forum back on June 26th.

My apologies to you then (you'd be surprised how many people miss the obvious), but yes, I would have messaged geekos too in the absence of any other contact info. A promise should be honored if it's made. There aren't many options left besides waiting, unfortunately.
