    Looking to sell a project ive spent the past few month working on, I do not have the time to do this site justice so ive decided to consider selling it.

    This is a high paying niche with a large related search volume, the site basically just needs content added and to be promoted, as you can see the site looks great (I am the designer and the design is 110% Unique).

    Running from my resellers account with about 50 other websites, the load speed is much faster than any other forum software, it's also using WP which is also very fast if it's loading slow it's due to my server being full / under load.

    Yes ive spent the last month designing the site, the site is indexed already and is starting to pickup organic traffic. The new owner would need to add new content "Motorbike News / Reviews" and also look at using a forum posting service to kick start things.. It's a very strong domain name and is already on page #2 of Google for "Motorbike Forum" which gets 8k+ monthly searches.

    Hey suprastan,

    Sorry bud can't let it go that cheap... $140 for the XF license and to be honest ive put a lot of work into the site to get it to where it is now, yes lacking content and forum posts now, but that was a good month of solid work getting the site into shape.

    Sites getting organic traffic and it's a high paying niche.

    Hi, I like the web and the design... If I want to buy the website, could you help me to transfer all of the files to the new webhosting? This is to make sure that the site still working after the transfer process as I'm totally blank about the script you use to built the website.
