    Sure, why not? If you know the technique properly then you will get good jobs. You may also work for yourself. Make good website and do SEO. You will get good return from there.

    Well if you having a good knowledge on seo then definitely you may get some outsourcing job for yourself. But i suggest to make your own blog and start optimizing to get a higher return from it.

    Although you know off page SEO, you can still work as full time SEO or freelancer. Simultaneously try to excel and expertise other areas like on page SEO, content writing for article, press release, blog, website, etc. Refer & Read webmaster guides.
