How to get the first page of google in 12 days!

Hey yall, just got some exciting results here. I started my adult fan blog for kates playground at http://www.katesfan.com on october 10, 2006. As you can see below in 12 days i reached the first page of google! How did i do this?
1. using wordpress can strongly influence your rakings in google. google absolutely loves wordpress
2. I used an Rss feed that was archived from july i believe. So i had information from july when my site wasn't even up for that long
3. Wordpress Plugins do work! I have used some great wordpress plugins that can really help you get to the top!
a. Add Meta Tags By Raoul.
b. FeedWordPress By Charles Johnson. ( for the rss)
c. Google Sitemaps By Arne Brachhold. ( helps a lot!)
using these tools can strongly influence your ranking.
Second i added my site to about 20-30 adult blog directories making sure i put it in the right category. Within 4 days my site was indexed and 12 days it reached the top! Its right under the real website! (not to mention the great sales i get from SE traffic!!)

Looks like you lucked out.

I don't wnat to burst your bubble, but I've seen this happen before. The first month a website goes up it's considered "new news" and google does this to make sure that the newest things such as news reports can get the full attention when they are released.

Sadly, most websites will sink out sight after this brief period.

He's currently number three for "Kates Playground" and four for "Kate's Playground"

 

hexed- I didnt luck out, i actually have about 10 other blogs that are the same. Took them about a month, but this one was the fastest.

 

Tyler has Kate been blowing (or sucking) the site up the index so that they can all see in the G Playground

Hmm will have to start using Wordpress from now on I guess.

 

I don't accept this, I too run a blog using wordpress and some very useful plugins to do the SEO things and amazingly I got good results from Google within a week, I won't say its a terrific traffic even compare to the first post, but still I get indexed quickly by Google and gets traffic from SE within 2-3 days for every post.

Using wordpress blog you just have to install the SEO plugins that avail free elsewhere and forget about SEO and concentrate on adding good contents daily or 2-3 days gap and I am sure you don't have to market your blog and you'll get good traffic from SE.
