Different between Black Hat and White Hat SEO techniques?

Major difference between Black hat SEO and White hat SEO is that Google recommend white hat SEO techniques and you'll not get penalized for it while in case of Black hat SEO you'll get surely penalized by Google once it detect it because Google does not recommend it.

This is the best answer. It has more to do with following guidlines put in place by Google than anything to do with ethics or legality.

White hat seo "try" to comply with Google's rules, Black hat seo feel no such constraint.

The irony, and thus the term "grey hat" is that most of what people do on DP is in an effort to game the system. Any effort to get links, to improve page rank, to gain in the serps is all not what Google wants you to try and do. Google says make websites for visitors - but most around here are trying to rank high in Google to make money. This is common sense and obvious to anyone with their eyes open.

Google says don't buy links. So doing so would be not white hat seo. Of course, you can buy ads from Google and that is perfectly okay. See how clear the rules are?

 

Main thing to stay away from is anything that is going to look grossly unnatural. Don't go and make a site then a week later buy 10,000 links ya know.

 

If you are trying to manipulate your serp rankings by building links its black hat.
While white hat means if you are building quality sites with quality content and your intention is to gain backlinks naturally its white hat.
Its as simple as that.

 

The main difference is Black hat SEO works against all the rules and regulation or say Alogorithum of Search Engine while White hat SEO works under algorithum and according to the rules and regulation of Search Engine. In short Black hat is Villian and White hat is Hero.

So do whit hat SEO only coz this is only liked by search engine.

Black hat is the technique in seo where content may be copy pasted then edited, But In White Hat technique the content is completely unique which is not copied.

black hat seo = submitting articles , blogs, directories, etc using software and unethical way is called black hat seo
white hat seo = submitting articls, blogs, directories etc with manual submition and following search engine guidlines means is called white hat seo

 

White hat seo is the ethical way of promoting your site abiding by the rules of search engine. On the other hand black hat seo is vice versa.

 

Black hat give you fast result but it is not recommended because Google hates that
