    I prefer to eat lot of rice daily. I am going to change my food style as my belly is increasing in size day by day. will anybody suggest good diet for reducing belly...

    That's your problem. I'd cut out carbs completely if you're looking to lose weight. Lot's of protein (meat) and vegetables will help.

    Protein, veggies, healthy fats like avacados, almonds and extra dark chocolate. And throw out the soda! Even the diet shit. You will notice a difference I promise.

    yes , just do this every morning.

    just boil the water and add some honey in that , drink for a week it will reduce considerable amount of belly fat.
    please do not follow this if you have stomach related problem

    Less intake of Sugar also help you to reduce weight. Avoid Rice Potato And carbohydrated drinks. Drink some warm water after every meal, it burns fat.

    lots of fruit and a cocktail of vegetable juice(cabbages, spinnach, brocoli, ginger, garlic etc) may do the trick!

    organic foods, raw vegetables, greek yogurt, egg whites, and water are all good options. Body weight Exercises would be the best way to maintain and improve your body though. For example, stop reading and bang out 20 push-ups, sit ups, or do 10 minutes of yoga. If you do this i guarantee your stomach will feel flatter and sexier.

    It doesn't exist... food reducing belly fat is utopian...

    Only muscles reduces fat because they need al lot of energy to function correctly... sports to burn the belly fat is the best way to reduce it...
