Take the vertical ad blocks off your sidebar where they are practically invisible and add a large rectangular add block between the headline and the text of your single posts. Align the block left and wrap the text around it to the right.

To get a better CTR, two things are important. One is ad position. Place them, preferably at the top where it is visible to the visitor and merge it with the contents. Second one is the quality of traffic. Targeted traffic will elicit more clicks from interested visitors.

cedarcottage - sidebar word's versus HTML navigation - is this a general description of how to layout a scene or website so the search engines crawl your content pictures of searchable information on Google.............................. if that's true by all means comment..................

It sounds like a secret ad cents scheme I would incorporate into my own navigation at accounts

Genesis Genesis I do agree with your information of which is listed here ----- as far as ads are concerned on the Google search engine ----- the more content related to the ads your posting is highly relevant to add search

Yet another expert. So you want to teach people how to earn money but you're unable to do it yourself?

First learn, then when you'll have been successful, perhaps you'll be able to teach others, but perhaps you won't want to.

In the meantime, do something else. Search for adsense heatmap on google.

Adsense ads on text rich pages and make sure that Adsense had a bunch of keywords to work with them. Get paying keywords higher is better, of course.

If you have more than two ad blocks in your sidebar, remove all but two of them.
The most important AdSense block is the large rectangle that should be at the top of each single post (below the headline).

If you have more than two ad blocks in your sidebar, then remove some of them until there are only two remaining there.
Then put a large rectangular ad block in your single posts between the headline and the body text.

200 impressions are just nothing, it might be the bots only visiting your website - First of all you need to get some quality traffic
