Does blackhat technique work?

I've heard from different people about blackhat techniques, or using a software to automate the posting and population of a site across the web. Is that a safe approach or not?

Also, a lot of seo companies claiming to promote a site, but looks like all they do is send out mass emails.

Any ideas for any seo software?

It's called spam and no, it's not a "safe" way to market your online business.

 

kinda thought that, although i know someone claiming that he got it working without any side effects.... just looking at both sides of the coin, while my guys do the work manually, he goes and uses these tools to automate what we do manually.... and from the sound of it he's having more success than us doing his way....

Black Hat techniques may boost up traffic but it's temporary. Google catch the sites and ban their account. Thus all the earning remain collapsed. So better to avoid it and never even think about it.

 

I know, but hearing him say that he's been doing it for years and has yet to be caught sounds intriguing.... or am I missing something (like he's not being totally honest here lol...)

 

not only that.... getting replies like I make this much $$$ while doing this little work makes me think about how I do things with SEO..... coz I pay my guys manual labor, lots of labor compared to this other side of the coin....

 

I guess depends on the method. Although they're "blackhat" but they're different and just like "whitehat" technique, some work some don't.

 

if only we know what google's algortihm is.....lol..

 

In 2001, Google mentioned they had 300 engineers who did nothing but work on defeating black hat techniques. There are probably more today. Who do you think would win in this struggle?

yes they do work.. It can take your site form hero to zero in few days.

 

If it's automated then it's definitely blackhat. It's quite effective ranking your website but like they said, it's only temporary. Google will soon catch and ban your site.

 

in the short run you will get surprising results, in the long run you will get BAN.
If you are looking for quick fast results then yes! it will work, I know few affiliates that generated thousands of $ in commission thanks to their black hat techniques.
BUT - the risk is too high! you will lose your website (get ban) by Google and the other SE, in my opinion it doesn't worth the risk and efforts.

Blackhat does not work for long term. Gray maybe...

 

it's blackhat. so by that term alone, it means that it's bad and you should stay away from these kind of methods. they are however effective if you pull them off right.

 

Blackhat techniques may work for the time being, but once the search engines get a hold of what you are doing your site could be removed from the search engines entirely, not worth it at all

 

Is he trying to sell you his 'secrets'? Of course he will claim that he has yet to be caught. Go figure.
