Paypal 7 day withdrawal Rule for Indians?

    please can somebody clarify?

    1. can i keep balance in paypal for 15-20 days?
    2. does the 7 day rule apply for only exporters or all indians?
    3. What if i dont do the withdrawal once in 7 days?

    1)Dont worry about 7 day Paypal withdrawl rule.It is still not implemeneted yet.You cna keep balance for 15-20 days.
    2)i think 7 days rule will be applied for all Indians
    3) Your third anwer can olny anwer ed by Paypal.mostly if you dont withdraw,direct withdrawl will happen to your bank account from your Paypal account :)

    You can keep the money as long as you want, those rules have not been implemented yet.

    You can't make use of those fund. They just sit there in PayPal.
    So Why to take risk?? Just withdraw it :p

    If someone sent me 200$ and if he asks for refund and if i refund him,then will 200$ be refunded from my Paypal balance or it will be charges from my Credit Card attached to my Paypal account?

    yes, money will be charged to your credit card. Keep in mind that ,once you signup your credit card, paypal will take money whenever they want!

    There is one risk , if you recieve money from your customers and you didnt withdraw it then if your customer make dispute then you will be fucked up , But if you regularly withdraw and make your pp account always 0$ then no dispute will be made only if your customer not send you money from CREDIR CARD or DIRECT BANK account. Only if any of your customer send you money from CC or DIRECT BANK then they can do chargeback within at least 140 days ... otherwise no dispute will be made , so its better to clear paypal always and keep it 0.00$ :)

    No risk then .... or if any dispute happens it can lead you to MINUS ...
    Experinced scam over 500$ .. :(
