PR3 Shopping Directory for sale

The site: http://www.shopguru.info has PR3 .
It runs the free version of PHPLD with a full admin back end.
Heavily modded:
I've added a front page partner's box and advertising box.
Added a PR custom script and started a screen shot preview custom link (did't complete it yet) + many SEO changes to the site in general.
It is of course listed on all major search engines.

It is a free directory of online shops and services that is 6 months old with about 900 links submitted already.

Alexa ranking is high - around 520,000 and good back links:

Site gets about 1000-1200 uniques a month with no advertising.
Revenue is minimal - maybe 2-3$ in totalin the last 2-3 months from link sales.

I am simply over loaded with work on other sites so I don't have the time needed to promote it and it's a shame as it can easily jump from pr3 to pr5.

I will start the bidding at 100$ with increments of 10$.

Any BIN? Also - the banner and the "partner" links on the side - any commitment regarding these, any revenues??

 

No BIN in mind for now but you can PM me your offer and I might just close the sale...
As for the banner - it's Valueclick ads.
Partners - 3 links in there were given in exchange for site wide links on other site - you may remove them as long as you take under consideration that the back links will also be removed.

Revenues are low - about 2-3$ from link sales in total so assume none.

 

As no offers had been recieved so far I will lower the start Bid to 80$.

I'm simply moving out of the directory business.

 

Nice site, you havn't been charging for listings I suppose? Have you been doing reciprical?

I've been charging only for the featured listing and got 1-2 customers pay for a month or so. I've been doing reciprical but as it causes less submissions I've let that go.
As I said - I'm not much into directories so I didn't promote it at all other then maybe a few posts and of course SEO and SE submissions.

As I got some PMs with questions I'll answer some of them now:
1. Site is PR3 but predicted PR4 with a high Alexa rank and pure traffic + back links.
2. I heavily modded the PHPLD script myself and can add an Adsense integration into the template for the buyer but it will be hard coded as I lack time to make an back admin part for it. The PRs on the links in the site had not been refreshed as I lack time to attend it - you can easily do it yourself by reading the howto-s on the PHPLD forums.
3. I'll set a BIN price of 120$ for it. For the ranking, potential and Alexa traffic I think it's well worth it.
