    i have a high budget..
    i know sites usually sell for 10 months worth of income
    i prefer to do a bit less..
    please send details on your sites\even the ones that make more than $1000

    Sites that usually sell for 10x or less come with strings attached. Sites generated with less branding efforts and sometimes purchased as expired domains.

    Sounds like you want Auto-blogs. Google Panda update is going to kill a lot of that imo, Just some advice. This is a pivotol month for most blogs; Last of the good earnings for weaker sites.

    I have a 52 website network for sale; $20k. Two sites have Google News. Most earn adsense (5 or more do $20-$200 per month) , others earn from Google Performics.

    Sites making over 1k per month wouldnt go for 10 month they would go for atleast 2 years worth of revenue , no one will sell them for 10 months

    I have adsense site, that earning $800/month and sooner it will be $1000/month. SE traffic. almost 0.00 hours work.

    let me know, if you can buy in 15 month revenue.
