    I withrew my paypal fund to my bank on 3rd June and today i received an email from paypal stating that the transaction has been cancelled and i've to link card to it. so want to know if anyone facing the same problem, does anyone got their funds after 3rd june and are we still be able to receive payments from outside India ?

    Are you sure that the mail was not just for advertisement? Please check your paypal and see whether the withdrawal has actually been cancelled or not?

    That means without CC and Pan Card one can't withdraw funds from his/her indian pp account. Now every indians needs both (CC and PAN). Paypal applying rules step by step.
