    I don't know, if it is a requirement it should be written somewhere in the registration process or in the adsense help in indian language.

    Most of the time they reject Chinese and Indian subcontinent sites which are not older than 6 months. But if you have a well designed site with lots of content, then they accept it.

    I know quite a lot of people who got their adsense approved just within first month.
    It all depends on the quality of your site.

    As others have said it is content that matters. Sure there might be more of a stringent checking out of a site from those countries but overall if the content is good that will not matter.

    Hi, Indian users also can get the account very faster. But the only thing is you need to follow some rules like posting unique content, good articles and after few days you can get the account. And you can see some more tips to get the account in my blog.

    It is always better to have good content and good traffic before you submit to your site to adsense. Once if it is rejected, the same site you may not be able to resubmit it soon.

    No such requirement is mentioned. If you have sufficient good content then it should not matter if your blog is new. Apply to Adsense and see for yourself.

    if you have a 2 month old site(own domain not free blogs like blogger) with good design and 70-100 pages of good original content that is in compliance with adsense policies you will get accepted within 6 months.
