Need to code PDF to HTML

    Hello,

    i have one file that I need to code to HTML. The file is here: http://export.amaxim.cz/akuna.pdf.

    Please make the first two pages as a sample and tell me your price. If everything will be ok, I will contact you every month with this job (there will be more pages then (approx. 6-8).

    Needs to be converted to PSD and then xHTML/CSS. Takes nearly 6-/ hours or so at 15$USD / hour. Let me know if interested.
