[WTS] Niche Site with Google Traffic. 5400 exact match searches w/ $1.44 CPC

I built this site a while back and since have got sidetracked with my offline business. I hate to see it sit there when I know that with minimal work it could be a great passive earner. Let me tell you a bit about it.

Domain: exact match keyword.info regd at Godaddy
main keyword: 5400 exact match local monthly searches
CPC main keyword: $1.44
Content: 40+ 100% unique articles of 750-1000 words. I wrote all the content myself.

The site doesn't get a ton of traffic right now. I have never promoted or done any link building. It ranks naturally and gets traffic from over 100 search phrases. Almost all of the traffic is natural organic from google. Its averaging around 300 uniques a month but you could easily get it up to 100 uniques a day with a little link building. At $1.44 cpc it could earn some decent money.

The site actually did have some minimal earnings for the last month when I put chikita on there. Keep in mind, chikita sucks so had I used adsense the earnings would have probably been 10 times this. Heres the screenshot.

Im not interested in sharing my niche with the world. I realize I do have to share it with potential buyers though. If you dont meet my criteria for being an eligible buyer I dont feel the need to share it with you. In case you are wondering why I am being picky about who I sell to, it is because I am willing to accept paypal and we all know the potential problems with paypal and names regd at godaddy. I need to feel like I can trust the buyer and your reputation is the best measure of that available to me. Sorry for any inconvenience. I hope you understand.

I'm sorry but I wouldn't be interested in doing business with you. I do appreciate your interest but IMO starting off a transaction with an insult doesn't appeal to me. I dont want to share it with everyone because its a nice niche that obviously requires no work to rank for. I currently get traffic from 112 search phrases in google with zero work. Out of respect for whoever buys it Im keeping it quiet. They might not want 50 people deciding to go after the same keywords.
