    How would you find someone's business email address? (and for free)

    I have been using jigsaw, but I don't want to pay for the person's information. So I have to enter 5 contacts into the system a day to be able to get contact information out of the system.

    Any easy free ways to find these email addresses?

    Go to their advertised website and see if there is a contact. Check the whois for the website if you think they own it (as opposed to being a company employee). Google their forum username if its reasonably unique and see if they've ever associated their username with an email publicly.

    I have had some luck using google if I know the person's name and the company name. For instance, the company name is www.acme.com and the person's name is Joe Smith. The email is usually something like or . It is a search game to really find out.

    I agree with sarahk that you should just go directly to the business website and try to get owner/manager attention. Search game probably a waste of time and you probably have better luck to ask them for it then paying some systems to do this for you.

    Google it all the way, another great way is find them on facebook and just go to info on their profile, facebook requires they submit their email :)
