So I read from other place and I got that keyword is the search terms which we anticipate that potential user will use to search for product or service on your website, while keyword tag is a meta tag in an HTML tag where we can list all keywords targeted on a page.
I wanna know more about them, would you please tell me?
    Thanks in advance.

Nowadays keyword tags are not an important thing in SEO. Because google doesn't looking for the keywords on your pages. Anyway you can put your keyword sandwiched between head tags.

Yea that is the standard place to put them. The days of having a bunch of keywords and that was the main SEO factor are very very long gone.

Well yes, you kind of got it right there.

    1) Keywords: Are key "words" or "phrases" that are entered into the search engine. So to make it simpler, if your website is about "dog food" then you could want to have the reference to "dog food" in at least 3% of your website's content so that Google can see your site is actually about dog food. You should have a look here for more information on this - keyword research.

    2) Tags: They're not only meta tags, they can be any sort of tags. Meta tags, attribute tags, body tags, html tags etc. But in your case, YES. Metas are also known as "tags". For example the title tag is done like so, <title>THIS IS A TITLE</title>

    Hope this helped.

Keywords are the unique identifier to describe a web page.User search for these keywords on search engine where as Tags are the HTML tags like description tags and title tags.

Keywords are the terms you want to target on each page. Meta keyword tags used to be important for SEO but its unnecessary to even use them anymore.

Keyword/phrase is definitely word/s that your content is all about. However, tags are just things that might be attributed to your content.

The most important detail to keep in mind is that they're entirely different things, regardless of their outward similarity. Tags are well, tags as in the organizational method like you see on del.icio.us and other bookmarking services. Keywords are just extra words attached to a given entry as meta-data, and those words are included in regular text searches, even though those words may not be displayed in the template output. (So, for example, if you write an entry on tigers, you can include "big cats" in the keywords, and it'll turn up for that even if you don't use that phrase in the entry body.) I'm not absolutely sure of this(checking), but I don't believe that tags are treated in this way.

Keyword : A keyword phrase, which is used by searchers to search on search engines.

Tag : It is as like a category, if we do social bookmarking, we have to tag our story. If the site is about SEO, then we tag it using SEO.
