Keyword density in Title, Meta Description and Meta Keyword

Hi guys, please suggest me how much keyword we should put on meta title, meta description and meta keyword?

I always use this:
1. Title begins with keyword
2. Title contains up to 66 characters.
3. Permalink contains your keyword.
4. Description meta tag begins with keyword.
5. Description meta tag contains up to 160 characters.
6. H1 tag begins with keyword.
7. H2,H3 tag contains your keyword.
8. Content contains at least one bold, italic and underlined keyword
9. Content contains keyword in the first and the last 50-100 words.
10. Content has 4.0-5.5% keyword density.
11. Content contains at least one image with keyword in ALT attribute.

This is all you need in SEO On page.

 

Putting Two to Three keywords in title and meta description is the best practice.But keywords size also matter for search engines.
Example: Google shows 65-70 characters with spaces in title tag,150-170 characters with spaces in description tag.
Search Engines don't give any importance to meta keywords.

 

Don't bother putting keywords in the keywords field as Google won't read them. in fact, I don't even bother with the description as google takes a snippet from the pages and uses whatever it wants.

In essence, on-page SEO is far more about content that technicalities now

Primary keyword (one keyword) in TITLE tag.
Secondary keywords (2 - 3 keywords) in DESCRIPTION tag.

 

I suggest 5-7% keyword density is good for content. in title put 2-3 keywords, Put only relevant keywords in description and meta keyword. don't put too much because it will be termed as keyword stuffing you put too much keywords.
