honestly the first thing you need to do is just start reading quality sales pages (stuff written by Dan Kennedy, Pete Godfrey, John Carlton etc) and study how they structure their sales pages, what call to actions, headlines and points they use in their pages.

You need to read at least 1 quality page a day while your starting out so you can get a good knowledge base and swipe file of sales letters to reference when you start writing.

After reading letters, you need to start writing them, when you're first starting out make sure you don't try and charge thousands of dollars, start out small, prove yourself then increase your rate as your quality increases.

Despite your spelling mistakes, dont feel inferior, pursue your vision but do more research about it.

I'm not really sure what you're asking for D. If you've already gotten a $2K client, then you know how to get clients. If you have Carlton's course, you know where to look for clients. And what to say to them. And if you've released two courses on marketing, you know how to market... right?

You need to start somewhere inside your mind at least to avoid grammar mistakes of such embarrassing type, and then get some skills of interesting writing and only after becoming professional you can start offering your services productively.

My feeling is that the very best way to begin a copywriting career is to get some published pieces online. These can be actual pieces that are published online or they can be contained in an online portfolio. This is very important for the purpose of providing samples for others to view. Also, get a file at home or on your computer that has samples of very well-written pieces that others have produced- not to "copy" them but to have a reference file of what works. This is a fine way to start and then get testimonials of satisfied customers. Good luck!
