    No traffic to speak of at the moment. It's just a nice clean site that's already to go. Anyone could get top 3 rankings with this keyword fairly quickly.

    I just don't have the time.

    Only 1. But I've not done ANY SEO/backlinks with it, and don't think it would be too difficult to get a page 1 listing.
