    Just sit around in a Yogic or meditation figure, close your eyes, and breath deep in with your nose and breath out. The rate of breath in and out should be same. Important thing is, when you are breathing in, you should be thinking that you are taking in a reviver which is for cleaning the toxins, bad things. Then when you breath out, you should think that all the bad inside are being thrown out.

    You can go on jogging, short hike, for swim which are also the best ways of breathing exercise.

    Breathing exercises - i know one method is Intake for 6 seconds and exhale for 2 seconds,, during this process your concentration must be on process how you are inhaling air and exhaling air..this is important....casually you may get all thoughts in your brain, but try to avoid them and concentrate on the process, " inhalation and exhalation"
