Looking for a programmer (preferably from Phillipines) to put on a monthly retainer to do modifications, programming. Must be experienced in HTML, php, MySQL and some basic understanding of Wordpress. This is NOT full time work, we will mutually agree on amount of work to be completed and the monthly retainer or payment. Must be fluent in English and have good command of the English language.
