OMG So because they have failed to compete with the new CPA networks now they are going after any money they can make from publishers' information. I wonder how low will these guys go. Shocking!!

CPAlead is terrible. I average a .07 EPC there, while sorting by Stricly EPC. I get a .40 EPC on other networks.

This is why I don't use them, very unprofessional and bad pay outs.

I just recently signed up to CPALead about 2 weeks ago not knowing that they sold the publisher's private information. I have noticed a few emails from other publishers which invited me to join their CPA network maybe this explains why I've been receiving unwanted emails. I'm about to discontinue my account with them. This is horrible and bad business.

a lot of people have been hitting me up to warn me about this. I did some research and it seems that this statement is not correct:

    http://web.archive.org/web/20090216185149/http://cpalead.com/privacy.php

There seems to be a lot of holes in this massive amount of alert since last week. Call me old fashioned but I need a little more proof than this, then i will decide what to do with my money. Anyone have any concrete proof? I would really like to know what direction I should go in by making a more educated decision.:mad::confused::confused:

I guess CPALead has hit a new low. That would explain why I have been getting random emails lately.

I'm sorry to bring the bad news but if you have a problem with a policy like this, you should probably stop using the internets all together, MANY companies withhold the right to use/sell your information, this is very common policy, and even more in CPAlead position since they are a lead company they probably have to say this in order to take the users information in surveys and whatnot. But this thread isn't about logic its about facebook marketers who were too stupid and got CAUGHT spamming, real blackhat marketers know how to not get caught, so take it for what its worth. ;)

Since 2009? Yeah I believe it, its very common, why people making this shit up like it just happen? cause they get caught spamming? I'm glad I didn't get caught still making thousands while they dealing with lawsuits, LOL

I was informed by an employee of CPAlead's that this was recently added. They hold the right to do this, but they can't decline my request to delete my account.

Not every company has this and you wouldn't get pennies for this info, you just have to know where to look for buyers of this. I'm sure this info could sell for a lot.
