    I can't say if it is good or bad because it depends on your site and the quality of these links is also very important.

    good because you have many inbound links, by inbound links you can get PR but bad you can lost sites`s pr and more webmaster will not link exchange with you because allready you have too many OBL.

    It depends on the quality of the links. If the links are on sites with a similar niche, then yes it is good.

    I would say that if your site is getting traffic then it is a good thing. If it's not getting traffic then the links are useless. I wouldn't say that it is hurting you though.

    Thats fine, not bad. But the issue is from how many domains or hosted ip, you do have those link.

    I think quality links should not have any number to count, As much as you can build is good for your site and remember they should come from ethical seo.
