Didn't you know that millions of successful businesses were built from the ground by taking others' ideas and changing them slightly to their own? Or did you learn business in the 1600's?

 

In reality Laceygirl, I think you only have two choices. You either get this "idea" up and running yourself asap and beat him to it or, if the first option isn't possible - tell everyone your idea, just to spite him. This will (for you), hopefully not allow him take your niche by the storm both you and him thinks it will.......

NDA's cost $100,000 and up and they don't help unless you own sony or something like that........and I'm not suppose to be professional.

Although it does explain why you seem so confused. An NDA from scratch won't cost more than $100. SO you're out by a fact or of 1000. Which means your 'million dollar idea' is worth... '$1000'.
