Forgot to disconnect my VPN. Is my info safe?

    I am playing monthly for dedicated VPN. I forgot to disconnect it and logged in my ftp server and visited a few other sites.

    Is it possible to snatch the cookies of the sites I visited. What about the ftp password? Should I change everything. The VPN provider is a small timer and not very reputable.

    THis is an interesting question and I'd like to add a further question tp those who know better? Is it safe to do a credit card trqansaction when you're connected via a VPN?
