    But I say good quality articles get natural links as well (Facebook, Twitter). According to Seo Moz, these social signals are real today.

    All the above ways are very good for link building.In my opinion article submission and forums posting are the best ways to build quality back links to your sites.In the search engine optimization process blog commenting plays a very key role in link building.Because it gives quality back links and generates some traffic to your site.But you can try to post your comment or response in high page rank blogs which must be relevant to your site niche.
