Hello dp community. I started my streaming website Fairytailstreaming.com, it isn't complete because i'm in the process of uploading all episodes/manga. I am planning on spending a couple of hours and investment on this site because it's my first site and i want to gain alot of experience from it. People gave me tips such as buying links, sitemapping, episode descriptions for unique content, facebook/twitter/youtube/etc, smart spamming it on other websites, etc. Are there any other ways to get it organic search engine results and good traffic?
Nice layout and ergonomy, keep up the good work It's nice to see a site easy to navigate. I always started by buying real visitors traffic at low prices, it worked actually so well I've now started in that business. But yeah otherwise you may want to promote on Facebook fanpages related to the animes you have on your site, or also add people interested in animes on Twitter and send them fresh news from your site. To find and add followers based on keywords, try out gotwitr.com
My contribution - Don't go for Black-hat SEO and Buying links... You will get fast traffic and revenue but you will get banned from Google permanently after sometime. If possible do it manually or hire some SEO one for Writing your web content and directory submissions. If you want help in that, let me know.
Hey matthew898, Just make sure the website has unique content (eg. http://www.animepalm.com/watch-anime/news/) - if you use Wordpress, then use All in One SEO, Google XML Sitemaps, and Post Tabs Plugins. Make sure to use more than one Video source (learned from experience). Backlinking - either try to exchange links with other small and/or growing Anime websites, and sign up to a bunch of Anime forums and post regularly, preferably the larger ones. Make sure you include an Anchored link to your site in your Sig. Make sure you have a Twitter account setup so it auto-tweets whenever a new Episode is posted (Simple Twitter Connect Plugin), and sign up for a Facebook Fanpage, which you should update once per week with Episode links, or every few days with random Fairy Tail questions. Have any other questions, feel free to PM me. I've had Anime sites since 2005, so I've learned my way around a few things lol. Regards, ~diz.
