    I would add AvaFX from AvaPartner that paying $250 CPA.
    Personally I prefer the "Revenue Share" option (all the affiliate programs mentioned above offering also "Revenue Share" option).

    Highly recommend you to read the following tips for Forex affiliates .

    i completed a site exness forex fore a client to sell the 4xninja ea and it's $300 CPA. that's cool right? later when i have time i look to being an affiliate and selling as well.

    You could try an inhouse Forex affiliate program, or from one of the main affiliate networks, like CJ or Shareaza

    Plus500 affiliate program is not bad... CPA is different from country to country (where the account is opened) but basically it is from$125 to $500 and if you are sending them a good traffic you can get CPA up to $1000.

    I have been generating income from Forex Affiliate programs for a while now, I find the best and easiest to use is Avapartner
    $250 CPA for deposits $100 - $1000
    $350 CPA $1000 - $10 000
    $450 CPA > $10 000

    There are lots of sites which are providing good returns to the affiliates. Forex affiliate program market is really a huge market and growing rapidly. Forex affiliate program is really a good option to make money and lots of forex affiliates are working in this market.
