    but you can easily put adsense ads on it

    Yes i personally sell advertising on webmasters forum
    you can monetize the blog with adsense

    Not really, there is a way to show stats for the main domain, even if it is addon.. neways thats out of scope here.

    Can you add Google Analytics to your site and give me viewing permissions. Looking at the demographics and target audience, I'll be able to take a call. Setting up GA is simple and the stats start reflecting soon. May be in a day or two we should have more concrete picture.
