    Can anyone see what CMS this site uses? I love the look of it and wish to identify how it's made. (already tried emailing the owner!)

    Oh my, it's soo damn ugly! And to answer the question, it doesn't use any CMS, it was probably built by a totally uninspired guy using XSitePro or something like that.

    You can see for yourself how the site is designed. Just click on "View" and and then "source" on the IE toolbar (or equivalent for other browsers). It is then clear that this is NOT a wp cms. Just a html site as already suggested by several others.

    This website uses the vBulletin CMS. You unfortunately have to pay for it, but can get the same type of setup from phpBB phpBB(dot)com.
