    Prediction isn't 100% accurate, it can be a pr4 also and it's based on back links.

    That's great that you have a "predicted" pagerank of 5, but predicted pagerank is useless. Anyone can put up a directory, buy the $25 phpLD script, and put up a free template design. What makes this site worth the $500 price tag? Information that would be more useful is revenue.

    Yes, I would have to see some hardcore evidence of this myself. I can't beleive a site that has only been up about 2 months, is PR0, and only gets 1000 uniques a month makes even a quarter of what you claim it does. I have to call BS on this.
