    I am starting a summer business for car detailing/cleaning locally and here is the website I put up for it. Just a simple wordpress website to give potential customer's details!

    My suggestions:
    1. Switch on the permalinks to be %postname% - this will make search engine friendly URLS
    2. Turn off the comments on your information pages. The comments are not necessary if you are using your wordpress 'blog' as an information site and might just attract unnecessary attention and spam comments
    3. See if you can move the sponsored by link for the wordpress template to a more unobtrusive place.
    4. Put in a hyperlink to your 'contact us' page on the pages where you mention the contact page

    Webiste is good, but it is lacking in color. If you add a bit more color to the header and some heading in color would be good.

    Looks good, but some colour wouldn't hurt.

    Hopefully all the pages on your site are wordpress pages and not wordpress posts. You need to get into page.php and take out the date code so that people don't see how old the site is.

    I'm sure the good people of Barrie know where they are but it wouldn't hurt to have Toronto in there somewhere.

    And your email should be sales at barriecardetailing.com not the gmail address. Gmail can receive those emails - look in gmail's settings for pop3 and accounts - but it looks more professional to use the actual email from the domain.

    Your site is nice, you don't need a bunch of content that no one will read, your clients aren't looking for in-depth research. At least that is my thinking when I made a website for an auto detailer.

    The purpose of the site is simply to show his current prices and provide a contact form and his phone number and address.

    Just thought it would give you ideas, it is basically a 15 second commercial slideshow ending on prices, the customers don't need to do anything but watch and then call or email him for an appointment.

    The site is a fancy online business card.

    Recently I added the mapping when he got his new shop
