    I use All in one SEO which cover every aspect including the post title, keywords, and even avoiding the duplicate content. But for extra protection I use SEO no duplicate WP plugin too.

    I tried them all, All in one SEO, ultimate SEO pack, ... you name it

    The BEST I found is Wordpress SEO by Yoast....the cool thing I like about this is it let you see your meta tag in real time inside your dashboard, it also generates related keywords for you, which you can use to add them to your post's tags....very cool....I love it!

    another feature you are going to love is it create XML sitemap for you as well, so this really is an all in one seo solution
